Academics: Creating Ionic Compounds and Exploring Earth Worms with the Grade Nine Students

There is never a dull moment in Ms. Walsh's classroom! Our Grade 9 students recently experimented with creating ionic compounds using modelling kits during chemistry class. When it came time for biology, they had an opportunity to analyze segmented earthworms to get a closer look at their digestive features, as part of their current unit on digestion. Check it out!
