Grammar Connect hosted a new activity this month, allowing the Grammar Community to attend a night of Tai Chi to give attendees the opportunity to learn beginner Tai Chi moves to reduce stress and find balance.
The class was taught by Master Zhang, who has been practicing Tai Chi for over 65 years. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese meditative exercise that involves slow and graceful movements that help you stretch, breathe and find balance. Master Zhang demonstrated the Basic 24 Forms of Tai Chi for the class, allowing them to learn easy movements that they could do again later.
